Do I need a travel agency licence or IATA accreditation?
No. That is the point of the platform — the supply relationships and ticketing accreditation sit with us, and you sell through your own console. Check the business permit rules that apply where you operate.
How do I actually make money on a booking?
Fares reach you at nett cost. You add your markup before confirming, your client pays the total, and the margin is credited to your account as the ticket is issued. You set the amount on every booking.
How do I pay for tickets?
From a prepaid wallet. You top it up, and each ticket draws down the nett cost as it is issued. Your balance, holds and refunds are all on your statement of account.
What happens if a client needs to change or cancel?
Retrieve the booking in the console to see the fare rules, release a held PNR, or raise a change request. Whatever the airline permits on that fare, you can act on without leaving the platform.
Does my client know I am booking through TRENDS?
No. The quote, itinerary and invoice go out under your name. The relationship stays yours.
